Terms and Conditions for Property Training Services:
1. Definitions
1.1. "Company" refers to FAST PROPERTY PARTNERS, the provider of property training services.
1.2. "Client" refers to the individual or entity purchasing the Services from the Company.
1.3. "Services" refer to the training courses, seminars, workshops, materials, and support provided by the Company.
2. Agreement to Terms
2.1. By purchasing or participating in the Services, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2.2. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Client.
3. Service Description
3.1. The Company provides property training services designed to educate and guide Clients on property-related matters such as "Deal Making," where the Client learns to find and negotiate property deals to sell to investors for a commission.
3.2. The Company offers three packages of Services:

3.3. Onboarding and Guarantee
Virtual individual onboarding. Guaranteed to achieve your first deal within 90 days or your money back (subject to conditions below).
3.4. Conditions for Guarantee (Packages 2 & 3) To be eligible to claim a refund under the guarantee, the Client must:
• Attend every scheduled deal clinic.
• Submit all weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) during the deal clinics.
• Provide proof of having spoken to sellers and made at least 50 offers to sellers.
• Submit a detailed list of all activities undertaken since the start of the program.
3.5. The Client acknowledges: that additional costs for setup and compliance (approximately £700) and a monthly marketing budget (up to £500) are required.
3.6. If you paid a holding deposit of £1,000 and change your mind, a refund will be processed for you with a deduction of £150 admin fee. The final amount that will reach your account should be £850.
4. 4. Payment Terms
4.1. All payments must be made in full at the time of onboarding booking.
4.2. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in these Terms and Conditions.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1. Cancellation by the Client:
• Cancellations within 14 days of purchase (if no part of the Services has been accessed) will receive a full refund in line with UK consumer law.
• No refunds will be issued after 14 days or once access to the Services has commenced, whichever is earlier.
5.2. Cancellation by the Company:
• The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Services. Clients will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative session.
6. No Guarantee of Results
6.1. The Services are for educational purposes only. The Company does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.
6.2. Success in property investments depends on the Client’s individual effort, market conditions, and other external factors beyond the Company’s control.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All materials provided during the Services are the intellectual property of the Company.
7.2. The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent from the Company.
8. Client Responsibilities
8.1. The Client must attend scheduled sessions, complete assignments, and meet all requirements (e.g., KPIs) to claim guarantees.
8.2. The Client must provide accurate information and adhere to all guidelines provided by the Company.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the Services.
9.2. The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific Services.
10. Confidentiality
10.1. The Client agrees not to disclose any confidential information shared during the Services to third parties.
11. Complaints and Refund Requests
11.1. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the issue arising.
11.2. The Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 14 days.
11.3. Refund requests must be submitted to david@fastpropertypartners.com.
12. Governing Law
12.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Amendments
13.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on the Company’s website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Force Majeure
14.1. The Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or technical failures.
15. Severability
15.1. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain enforceable.
16. Non-Disparagement
16.1. The Client agrees not to make or publish any false, misleading, or negative statements (whether written or verbal) about the Company, its directors, employees, services, or reputation.
16.2. This includes (but is not limited to) public forums such as Google Reviews, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter), online communities, blogs, and podcasts.
16.3. The Client agrees to first raise any concerns or complaints directly with the Company via the procedure set out in Clause 11, and allow a reasonable opportunity for the Company to address the matter.
16.4. The Client acknowledges that breach of this clause may result in legal action for defamation and/or breach of contract, including the pursuit of damages and injunctive relief.
16.5. The Company similarly agrees not to publicly disparage the Client in any form.
16.6. This clause shall survive the termination or completion of the Services.
